"Kim Moore was an absolute pleasure to have as a realtor. I would say she went above and beyond what we asked of her throughout our journey and gave us the best experience that we could’ve asked for. My wife and I were first time home buyers after renting for a few years and we were recommended Kim as a realtor. We had done our research on realtors in our area and what we heard about Kim was what trusted us to go with her for this process. Kim immediately got in contact with us and was available at any point in time that we needed her. She set us up with a catalog of homes that had what we were looking for and continued sending us newly added homes to areas we were searching. After finding a few homes that we wanted to see, she immediately reached out to other realtors to get us access to see those homes and was very knowledgeable about the home and the area as well. Kim was super prepared and allowed us to be as informed as we needed to be. When it finally came down to choosing the house we wanted to buy, she was extremely helpful going through each and every part about the contract and what everything meant as well as what would be in our best interest to ask for. We were on a tight window for applying for the house, as there was an open house for it the day after we went and took a tour of it. We were able to put in our offer before the open house even began and she kept us updated as she got information. The following day, she contacted us about information regarding the sellers wanting to amend the offers and explained everything in detail and allowed us to change what we needed to for our offer and a few hours later we found out we got our dream starter home! Even after getting the news, Kim stayed with us during the journey, recommending home inspectors, coming on visits with us and information about mortgage lenders. She made sure we were aware of everything going on as well as keeping us comfortable and okay with every decision we made. My wife and I surely do not know what we would have done without Kim. Her expertise and knowledge went above and beyond what we could have ever asked for in this journey, and we are truly grateful for everything she has done for us. Even as a first time home buyer, there is nobody else I would ever recommend for the job. Kim will always be at the top of my list and should be someone to reach out to for any of your realtor needs. I cannot thank her enough for her hard work and dedication to my wife and I. "
